Leadership Research: As a Pan-African organization specializing in Leadership and Organizational Development; we partner with leaders across a wide variety of industries, empowering them to guide and transform their organizations. LeadAfrique International focuses on conducting sophisticated and scientifically-robust research analyses, making key presentations to senior leadership of countries and organizations, and helping them leverage their own data to achieve real impact.

Leadership Development: We design and facilitate development initiatives for leaders at all levels, using empirically-supported frameworks and skill-building activities to produce behavior change. Using the Africa Leadership Toolkit, LeadAfrique cultivates leaders from as young as six years in schools across Africa. We are specialized in the development of curriculums and frameworks that facilitates growth. This has been proven over the last nine years as we have worked diligently to shift mindsets and hearts among school children, teachers, working professionals and corporate firms.

Leadership Consulting: LeadAfrique has positioned itself as the leadership development organization of choice across the continent. We create programs in partnership with our clients to provide them with the tools to assess and meet leaders’ needs, maximize their leaders’ development and effectiveness, and build their credibility as national and business leaders.

Rev. Okosun is immediate past Chief of Staff of Action Chapel International, a board member and founding member of the Ghana/Israel Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Trustees of the All Nigeria Community, Ghana. He is the Chairman of the Action Business Forum (Airport Residential Area), past National Chairman, EMPRETECH Business Forum, past President and past Secretary General of the EMPRETEC Business Forum. Until recently, Rev. Okosun was a board member of the Ghanaian German Economic Association. Rev. Okosun has over the last 30 years succeeded in growing Krif Ghana Limited into the industry leader in the supply of Office Equipment, Office Stationery, Bank Equipment and Security Safes. She currently serves as the Acting Executive Secretary of the National Council for Curriculum & Assessment. Taaka Awori is a Leadership Consultant, Trainer and Professional Coach strengthening the leadership competencies of managers and supervisors in the private sector, civil society and public sector. Taaka also has extensive experience in Organisational Development and Social Development. Taaka was the Country Director for ActionAid International Ghana from 2003 to 2007 and has over 20 years’ experience working on organisational and governance issues in East, West and Southern Africa. Taaka has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Harvard University, Boston MA, and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Columbia University, New York. She also has a Certificate in Organisational Development from the Organisation Development Centre & the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, United States and an Advanced Certificate in Coaching from the International Coaching Academy, Melbourne, Australia. Taaka is a member of the International Coaching Federation.Taaka is also chair of the board of the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) and the West African Civil Society Institute (WACSI).

Mr. Arnold Parker is the Managing Director of Letshego Ghana, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings, a Botswana based Financial Inclusive Firm in Ghana with about 300,000 customers and 26 branches nationwide. Mr. Parker was formerly the Ghana Director for the Global Management Challenge, the world's biggest competition on strategy and business management. He is the former head of Commercial Banking at Access Bank and Head of Treasury Sales and Product Development at Inter-Continental Bank, He also worked at UBA as a Senior Treasury Dealer and Head of Intra-Africa Trade. Before, he also worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a West Africa Market Risk Analyst in the Global Market Division.

He is an extroverted introvert, a logical intuitive, and an insatiably curious seeker of knowledge. Simply put, Michael is one of life’s runaway experiments who go around challenging people to unearth their GREATNESS…however they define it.Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in private sector, diplomatic and international development work, half of which was in senior and strategic management roles. His experience spans years of brand and marketing management, youth development, behaviour change communications and political and governance functions of two international bodies, USAID and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. He now consults for international development organisations, private sector, civil society and churches on business strategy, leadership, programme and project management, personal and corporate performance, communications, and team building. His work has impacted over 50,000 youth across Africa and over 8,000 employees across diverse businesses and competency areas. Michael is also a speaker, author and trainer and is the author of 3 personal development books. Michael is a Certified Trainer of The Leadership Challenge and a GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor and a member of the Association of Coaching Practitioners, Ghana. Michael is a regular contributor to the beginning-of-the-year programme “Effective Living Series” on Citi FM in Accra and has featured on several other radio and TV programmes in Ghana. Michael deeply loves young people, books and light roast coffee and is completely at peace in green, lush environments.

Letitia has over 20 years’ experience in the corporate world. Since 2017, she has led LeadAfrique to empower and inspire GREATNESS and nurtured responsive leadership in over 40,000 young people in 50 schools to live purposefully in three regions in Ghana and in Uganda and Kenya. Letitia hosts the family-focused programme, ‘FamLife” on Citi 97.3 FM, Ghana’s biggest English language radio station, every week, reaching over 30,000 people weekly.Together with her team, they have developed an integrity curriculum for young people which they are working hard to mainstream into the school system, all in an effort to transform the lives of over a million young people and livelihoods by 2023.
